Hassle Free Experience at ALM with Oscar Bryant After reviewing over 50 cars online I found the 2014 Honda CR-V that I wanted to test drive and hopefully buy. I called into ALM and spoke with Oscar After reviewing over 50 cars online I found the 2014 Honda CR-V that I wanted to test drive and hopefully buy. I called into ALM and spoke with Oscar Bryant, very professional and courteous, we discussed price and payment terms, came to an agreement via phone and I came in for a test drive the same day. Oscar stuck to all pricing, fees and payment terms that we discussed over the phone, no tricks or hidden surprises at the end of the sale. We finalized the paperwork, ALM detailed the vehicle and I drove our new Honda CR-V home to surprise my wife. Only thing I'd change would be the length of time from start to finish, which took five hours, but I understand that the test drive, loan process, and paperwork take time. Overall excellent experience and would recommend Oscar and ALM to anyone, and someday I'll come back for my Maserati;) More

Really smooth in all aspects. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and a car I had my eye on, that specific car was in the shop getting work done, Rich showed me a few others an I went in with an idea of what I wanted and a car I had my eye on, that specific car was in the shop getting work done, Rich showed me a few others and I settled on one. Paperwork was smooth and everyone there was accommodating and answered any question I had. When I drove off the lot I had the car out for about an hour and an error came up on the dash. Called Rich and he called me back 10 minutes later after he finished eating dinner with his family, at home. I explained the situation and he wanted me to bring it to the dealership the next day. Long story short, the auction house gave the wrong key, the fob had remote start but the car itself did not which is what caused the error. ALM could not fix the issue but they sent me over to the Nissan dealership to have it looked at, Rich walked across the street and ALM paid for the service which totaled about $300. They could have told me I was on my own, but they took care of me through all of it. I'll definitely be back and be recommending the dealership and mainly Rich in the future! More

Very Professional and straight to the point I contacted the dealer by e-mail, before going to the site. Mr. Logan Banks was my contact and we scheduled a meeting on following Saturday. Even thou I contacted the dealer by e-mail, before going to the site. Mr. Logan Banks was my contact and we scheduled a meeting on following Saturday. Even though, it was a very busy day for all at the employees, Logan made the process absolutely easy and comfortable. We drove the car ( a 2014 Toyota Sienna, Limited) and after this, Logan helped me to review different functions (doors, windows, dashboard, etc.). Logan also was swift and impeccable with the paperwork, making our waiting less tedious. It was really an excellent experience, to the point that my daughter requested Logan's business card, to contact him, when buying her car. Thank you very much Logan.
