He is by far the factor that made us choose this dealership. He made the car buying experience the easiest out of buying vehicles from 3 other dealerships. I will not mention those dealership names, but I will say that we will never go through any other dealership than ALM Kennesaw and Don Zorn. He made us feel completely comfortable and satisfied throughout the entire process. He is not too pushy and when he says something and/or tells you anything, it was always the 100% truth. Unlike other car salesmen that are way too pushy, just want to make a sale, don't care about the customer, and don't tell the whole truth. My wife and I had our son with us the first day and he was very accommodating to our son and us. He allowed us to fill out paperwork without the typical "hovering over you" like other salesmen at other dealerships and we both promised my wife would be back the next morning to finish all the small details without our son. He valued that we had our son with us and completely understood. When he shakes your hand and makes you a promise, he does everything he says. Best experience ever buying a vehicle, which my wife and I have found you only get at ALM Kennesaw and especially with Don Zorn. More

Purchase of a Pre owned Lincoln MKC Don Zorn was my salesman and was very knowledgeable in the purchase and trade-in of my vehicle. Don was always on top of anything that was needed to be done to my car to make it ready for me to drive off the lot. The service dept. could use a little help with their end in prepping cars for delivery and not have customers wait for ove two (2) hours. Don on the other hand was right there on the spot trying to get them to make my car the priority it should have been while he was also dealing with another customer at the time. High expectations paid off! My husband and I had been searching for a white Tahoe for a while and it seemed like we were searching for a unicorn. Finally, we found one at ALM Ken My husband and I had been searching for a white Tahoe for a while and it seemed like we were searching for a unicorn. Finally, we found one at ALM Kennesaw. So one a rainy Thursday, we set out to go check it out. We were promptly greeted by Oskar Bryant who was happy to stand out in the rain and take us on a test drive in the heart of a monsoon. Unfortunatly due to having to work I couldn't make it back up until that Saturday to take care of business. Oskar was happy to have the car pulled off the lot with a big SOLD sign in the window until I could return to finalize the purchase. Even on a busy Saturday he made sure that we were fed some pizza while we waited and returned constantly to keep us updated on the process or just to crack a few jokes! Could not be more pleased with the process and everyone we came into contact with was more than pleasant. Oskar made the effort to make sure I could make it to work on time in my pretty Tahoe. Thank you Oskar and the ALM team for making my high expectations a reality!! More

RUN THE OTHER WAY!! ALM KENNESAW IS HORRIBLE with Shady business practices! I financed a 2014 CLA 250 Benz from them in March 2017, 6 DAYS LATER ended up having to take i ALM KENNESAW IS HORRIBLE with Shady business practices! I financed a 2014 CLA 250 Benz from them in March 2017, 6 DAYS LATER ended up having to take it to the MB dealership and found out there was more wrong with it than I thought. ALM claims to have done a full inspection on it prior to displaying it for purchase... hmmm LIES! I tried to speak to ALM Kennesaw about my car , even went up there in person, but was pissed off by how unconcerned and uncaring the staff was. My original salesperson was on vacation. I felt as though I was brushed off because I was a woman. At any rate, I ended up buying a 2016 C300 Benz from the MB dealership itself and got a better warranty and a MUCH BETTER car!! The worst part of the experience was trying to get the $5,000 back from the warranty and GAP (since MB had already paid off our original loan with ALM). The finance guy, TOM P., straight up LIED to my face and told me that the check would go to the bank. I was not entitled to any of the money back for the warranty or GAP insurance ! Contrary to his LIE, the bank, warranty and GAP insurance companies, MB dealership, ALM coporate office, and my ALM salesperson all agreed I WAS entitled to the warranty and GAP insurance refund!! He was just trying to get paid! I went through hoops and bounds to get my money back with all the lies and back and forth.. but in the end, I prevailed and ALM corporate office wrote me my $5000 check!!!! I don't like writing negative reviews but they deserve it for how I was treated and from the looks of it how everyone else has been treated!!! The only person who ever apologized was my salesperson.. and he wasn't the real problem. This was the WORST car buying experience I have EVER had! What infuriates me most is when someone (TOM) lies with a straight face, and for that reason I will NEVER recommend anyone to trust ALM Kennesaw. SHADY, LIES, MISREPRESENTED CARS -- I could go on and on. They need to be reported to BBB. My advice.. go straight to the luxury dealership!! Quality and customer service means everything!!! P.S. ALM owner, please don't send me a meaningless response to this review. Apparently you are not doing anything to rectify the issues your customers are bringing forth (judging by all the negative reviews). I pray you find better staff to represent your business! More

A concerning experience redeemed. My husband bought a truck roughly 3 weeks ago here, and Oscar was his sales person. We were initially very happy with the vehicle until we discovered that the truck had some issues. Needless to say, we were lucky my husband bought the warranty because it was a total of almost $1,000k in parts and labor that had to be fixed at our local dealership since we live 4 hours away. I initially spoke with Oscar when we discovered we needed repairs. My husband listened in on the conversation in which Oscar seemed to blame the local Toyota dealership for possibly 'upselling us' and creating issues that weren't necessary. He continued to talk over me and tell me a story about how his wife went in to get maintenance and they tried to sell her brakes. This had nothing to do with my situation, and truly left me discouraged because he just seemed to be talking me in circles. This morning I spoke with Brendan Prickett who works in Service and he was the saving grace for this dealership in my opinion. Brendan reassured me that they understood my concerns and issues. He let me know that the proper steps would be taken and truly made me feel like an appreciated customer. We had a nice conversation about my concerns and how he is willing to help. I would definitely work with Brendan again. More
