They promised me several times that they would send me copies of all the paper work and never did. I kept asking Don to send them and he kept telling me he would and never did, I bought the car at the end of December 2016 so it's been awhile. Even the manager promised to send me copies of all the paperwork and never did! If you say you're going to do something then do it. Do not go here, they bend over backwards to sell you a car but after that, they cut you off. More

Infiniti Q50 I was on a quest for a Infiniti Q50 all throughout Atlanta and surrounding areas. I went to a few dealers but ALM was my last stop. I spoke to Charles initially but he was out and referred me to Oscar. As soon as I met Oscar he gave me a welcoming feeling. I let him know about a previous dealer I was considering going back to and he ran the carfax on their vehicle which turned out to be a lemon/buyback. He could have easily allowed me to leave and end up losing money but by going that extra mile he saved me a ton in the long run. Highly recommended. A+++ More
