Easy Transaction I saw the vehicle I was interested in online. When I called the dealership my call was answered by Darius Bennett. From my initial phone contact wit I saw the vehicle I was interested in online. When I called the dealership my call was answered by Darius Bennett. From my initial phone contact with him, Darius was very professional and responsive to all of my inquiries and requests. After a not so good test drive with another sales associate because Darius was busy, I decided to not buy from ALM. However, after contacting Darius with other inquories and reqrusts I shared my test drive experience, Darius was able to turn that around and make me feel valued and comfortable enough to follow through with the purchase. I arranged my own financing and had hoped to walk in and out of the dealership in under and hour. That didn't happen and that definitely put a negative note on the whole transaction. Please streamline your process so people don't have to wait hours to make their purchase. Nonetheless, 2.5 hours later, I received the keys to my freshly detailed (by Darius) and full tank of gas vehicle and was on my way. He was always available for a call or text, answering his cell on his day off, and continuing to follow up with us to make sure everything was just right. Even after the sale, Oscar did everything possible to make sure we were happy, and the vehicle was exactly what we wanted, and in pristine condition. While inspecting the car, a item that needed to be repaired was noticed. ALM ordered the part, and will fix for no charge, and knocked the price down a little for the inconvenience. Brendan made sure the vehicle was running right, and went beyond to make sure the one little issue was handled immediately, and correctly. These guys treat your right, and make sure you are treated fairly. More
