So so price and bad vehicle conditions Sales didn't tell me the car doesn't have backup camera, navigation and he lie to me he is the manager when I want to talk with the manager. Actually I paid about 1000$ more than real value for that vehicle, Car also is worse than I thought, engine seems like malfunctioning and braking system is too worn that mean I have to spend more time and money to check engine and fix brakes. Also they didn't give me the foot pad for passenger seat. More

He wasn't pushy at all and worked with me and his manager to ensure I got the deal I was comfortable with. I would absolutely recommend Oscar to others and would return to deal with him myself. When I got into the finance department there seemed to have been a little confusion and the man just seemed a little pushy and excluded a lot in our conversation about the deal. Luckily for him I do not recall his name and in the end we were able to get to the terms I was aiming for. This is the second time I have purchased a car from ALM and overall I can see myself back doing business with them and Oscar in particular in the future. More

Mr. Bryant detailed and accurate information made it easy for us to make the choice of vehicle make and model we ended up purchasing. He was never pushing for us to make a decision he rather presented the facts as allowed us time to arrive at our final selection of make and model. The financial support was a dissaster. Thomas was pushy and did not properly inform on terms such as "No Cooling Off Period Clause" and did not included other conditions we requested such as $100. deductible per visit on extended warranty, he arbitrarily checked the $200. box. He gives you the idea of providing excellent apr rate, but adds other cost not specifically listed on the buyers order in what I perceived as to recover for the lower rate provided. Do not trust this individual and do not sign any paperwork from him unless you have time to review it in detail and understand every item. Seek a third party review of the terms and also use the time to compare similar products cost and value over what he offers you. More
