I fell in love instantly with the car :) I told him what my plan was and he did everything that he could to get my numbers where I needed them to be. He was patient and even stayed past his shift to ensure that I had all of my questions answered. He took his time in explaining all of my car's features and is just overall a really nice person. I came from Griffin,GA to test drive the vehicle with Oscar and I immediately knew I wanted it, she was gorgeous. Oscar was a great help and one of the easiest people to work with. He knew everything about the vehicle and even showed me some other cars that interest me as well. Everything dealing with him was amazing and I would come back to get my next car just because of his service. #1 Dealership in Town! There I was... driving all over Kennesaw, up and down Barrett Parkway, visiting every dealership in sight. Nothing was working out. Prices were too hi There I was... driving all over Kennesaw, up and down Barrett Parkway, visiting every dealership in sight. Nothing was working out. Prices were too high, the employees were too naggy, the typical car buying experience was in full effect for me that day. Until, I stumbled upon Atlanta Luxury Motors, which I knew just had they're grand opening. I wasn't particularly looking for a specific car, just one that was nice and that was fit for me to have as my very first car. As soon as my dad and I walked up, there was Oscar Bryant. He right away seemed friendly and knew what he was talking about compared to the horrible service experience I had just had with the dealership in front. Oscar right away asked me what kind of car and or details I was looking for. Unlike any other dealerships, ALM has their customers look at cars on their salespersons laptop before going out and looking at all the cars, which I love because it made it so much easier for me to pin point any car I liked. Once we looked at all the cars, I got to pick a few I liked and Oscar led me to them along with the keys so I could test drive them all. It all came down to 3 cars: 2015 Chrysler 200, 2012 Buick Verano, and a 2014 Acura ILX. I have no knowledge of cars whatsoever so it was a hard choice. I first test drove the Chrysler and I loved it! It was so big and had all these cool features and I didn't even want to keep looking. Afterwards, I drove the Verano and it was nice just not as nice as the Chrysler. I knew what car I wanted after I drove those two, yet Oscar insisted I drove the Acura. Once Oscar pulled in so I could drive it, I knew it was definitely between the Acura and Chrysler. After I test drove the Acura, i had fallen in love and knew that was the car for me. Oscar had even told me that he knew it was the best fir for me just basing it off of my personality and what all he learned about me throughout the search. After all the test drives I knew 100% I NEEDED that Acura. It was the most expensive one, but being that I wanted it badly my dad budged and I got my dream car. Oscar was such a great help and made me feel special as he walked me through how to set up everything in my car and so on. He even told me I reminded him of his daughter. Ever since I got my 2014 Acura ILX, Oscar has checked up on me to make sure everything is running smoothly. It was such a highly satisfying feeling I had with ALM and I would definitely recommend this company who is looking for a great, reliable, looking car! More
