Lucky for us, ALM Kennesaw does a great job updating inventory on their website since we live about 30 minutes from the dealership and would have never thought to drive there. Oscar Bryant did a fabulous job from start to finish. He made certain to have the car pulled inside the garage bay with the seats warmed! We were able to look the car over, inside and out, without freezing. He answered all our questions - from the info on the carfax to the size of the tires to the kind of wheel drive. We felt very at ease with the purchasing process thanks to Deszi Hobbs and truly felt Oscar wanted us to be happy. I have never had a salesman sit in the car and give a tutorial! Amazing - I would still be trying to figure out how to change the radio station! Another thing many salesman fail to do that Oscar absolutely did, was addressed me (the wife). Never once did he make me feel like the transaction was between "the men". He showed nothing but respect for the both of us! I hope I have the opportunity to do business with Oscar again some time down the road. More

Best service ever. Not even lying!! I had been looking for a nice used vehicle for approx. 2 good months. I had researched several makes and models. Then on the morning of Nov. 30th my h I had been looking for a nice used vehicle for approx. 2 good months. I had researched several makes and models. Then on the morning of Nov. 30th my husband showed me a Ford Edge on line at ALM. I was Somewhat skeptical (because I'd never heard of ALM and I felt the price was to good to be true.) I requested info. thru Trucar on line. I immediately received a phone call from Oscar Bryant. My husband spoke with him and made an appointment to travel and see this vehicle that afternoon. We traveled about 45 min. to Kennesaw. When we arrived and got out of our car we were immediately greeted by a gentleman standing outside with a smile. He was very polite and showed us in to meet Oscar. Oscar was very friendly and seemed happy to meet us. He had the vehicle ready for us to view. The vehicle was just what I was looking for. It had everything I wanted in it. We went for a test drive and I knew it was the one. Oscar was very knowledgeable about this vehicle. He answered all our questions.So we made the decision to purchase. I must say, I have never purchased a car with such a smooth transaction from start to finish. And it didn't take all day! Hal (which i believe was the general manager was just as awesome, everyone we dealt with made us feel so comfortable. We felt like we knew these folks. They were genuine people who actually cared and wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Oscar made us feel right at home. We had a great time talking with him and Hal. Who checked on us often and made sure everything was going well. The financial man was also very courteous and down to earth. (and fast) After we finalized everything Oscar pulled the car around the front for us. He took the time to show me how to sync my phone to the bluetooth, and made sure I knew how to use all the controls in the car. This was the best service ever.
