On my first visit, Don helped me pick out and test drive a few models I was interested in. He was super friendly, not at ALL pushy or "looking for a sale", but truly interested in helping me find the right vehicle that would fit my needs. He was quick to answer all my questions via text or phone in the days following. After thinking about the cars for a few days, I narrowed it down Q50 or G37. Upon returning to ALM, I had the pleasure to work with Oscar. He, too, is a true professional and made the process fun......yes FUN for me! He took a ton of extra time to make sure he showed me all of the features on the car and worked with me to get my price and financing needs communicated to the manager, Hal (who was also extremely friendly).These people must love thier jobs! I felt like by the time I left, I had made two new friends - how cool is that! You cannot go wrong with buying a car from ALM, and if you have a chance to visit, ask for Don or Oscar. Thanks guys! Ask for Drae! I was looking for my first car purchase in the US and Drae was great in making it happen - he was very honest and helpful. We had decided on a vehicle and I had done my homework, looked at all of the various websites comparing models, dealers and prices. I contacted ALM over their chat line as I just did not want to talk on the phone and get the usual pitch, Don answered quickly and on a Sunday. He was polite, answered all of my questions with no pressure to even come in and see the car. I had seen the car we wanted at another dealer emailed them and ask if it had been smoked in, they replied no but when we drove out to see it it smelled really bad. While on Chat, Don actually went out and checked for me and said no smoke which was the truth once we got there. Overall a great experience, easy to deal with, Don was very polite, very professional, no high pressure sales issues. We got the price we needed and I have a happy wife! I will be back. Sketchy! Stay away! Cargurus.com had a great advertised deal on a Honda Odyssey so I called ALM to check it out. The CarFax report indicated the car had been in stock s Cargurus.com had a great advertised deal on a Honda Odyssey so I called ALM to check it out. The CarFax report indicated the car had been in stock since April and I didn't want to waste anyone's time, so I asked if there was anything I needed to know about the vehicle. The salesman assured me there was not and that minivans just didn't move off their lot very quickly. We organized childcare for our 3 year old and 1 year old and went to test drive. When we got into the car my husband found a shard of broken safety glass, upon inspecting the windshield we noticed that the windshield had obviously been replaced and the seal had not been replaced. As we looked under the hood we asked the salesperson if he knew what might have happened, since the CarFax report was clean, and he said he had noticed the windshield issue (he never mentioned it to us), and that he had no idea what had happened but it was probably something minor. Upon test driving it became clear that there were electrical issues (power doors and windows were intermittently responsive). When we returned to ALM my father in law (a pretty imposing guy who used to be a car dealer) arrived and at this point (as we were all inspecting under the hood) the salesperson decided to come clean. He pointed out wrench marks under the hood and a missing heat guard. He said that he would advise us not to purchase this car. He acted like he was doing something magnanimous, but we had ALL looked under the hood together an hour earlier and he said nothing, even as we questioned the fact that the windshield had clearly been replaced. He then tried to show us some other cars, like were going to trust him or this sketchy dealership. ALM could have saved us an hour and a half by being honest on the phone about WHY the price was so low and why the car had been on the lot for so long. Their dishonesty could have ended with me putting my precious children in a dangerous car that had been in an accident and had been rebuilt. I gave them one star because at least the guy came clean before we took the time and money to take it to a mechanic for an inspection. If you read other reviews you will see that this dealership regularly employs a bait and switch tactic to sell cars. More
