My experience at ALM was beyond expectations as soon as I walked in. I was greeted friendly and Drae, the salesman was totally professional and not your typical "used car salesman". Was not pushy, answered every question honestly and professionally, allowed me time to make my decision and come up with an agreed upon price. I was able to walk away but my car was not so lucky, it had to be totaled. I drove a Honda Accord. Blue was in pristine condition, fully loaded, with low miles and I loved her. Alas, I had to find another. Wanting to simply make myself whole again, I begrudgingly began my research and search. If you know anything about Honda, they are great cars that hold their value and are loved by many. Especially me and I know my Honda! I had a 2007 and again wanted the same but was having a hard time finding one, let me add that time was of the essence because the clock was ticking on my rental and since I'm a school teacher, school starts soon. I have to get to my kiddos!!! I came across a 2008 fully loaded Honda Accord and the photos looked great. I was not familiar with the dealership, so I looked it up and read reviews on one of the salesmen. I called and low and behold, Oscar Bryant answered the phone. I introduced myself, told him my situation and that I was interested in the car. He asked his pertinent questions, looked at the cars' history and let me know it met my specs. I set a time to come and see him on Saturday (drove 31 miles in one direction) to see the car. Oscar was great, he listened, we swapped some stories, he told me about his family (as he gushed lovingly) and we took off on the test drive. He even was kind enough to lighten the moment because I'm still gun-shy and overly cautious since the accident. He was tongue and cheek with me stating, "You know it's all clear, you can go." (as he also leaned forward looking side to side), LOL... Being a school teacher, I have to watch my coffers. Shopping with ALM Kennesaw and Oscar Bryant allowed me to stay within my price points and drive away in my "new" car. I am grateful I took the chance and visited the dealership. Best to all! AMAZING, KIND AND NOT PUSHY So this was my first experience buying a car through a dealership. I visited few dealerships but they told me that my price range (which was around 13 So this was my first experience buying a car through a dealership. I visited few dealerships but they told me that my price range (which was around 13,000) was insane and they pushed me with options that I did not want. I did my own research before I went into these dealerships and I knew that I saw some options so I did not say anything and left. When I went to Carmax, I fell in love with 2013 toyota camry so I began my research focusing on that car. Long story short, I found few options around marietta, kennesaw area. I called first thing in the morning and checked to see if they were available. I decided to first visit ALM kennesaw (which was actually right next to the dealership that was cocky and pushy--TOYOTA KENNESAW) and Cliff was very helpful along with other staff members at ALM. Car was like brand new condition, clean carfax, absolutely gorgeous. Now the price online was cheaper than the marked price on the car at the dealership. But I printed the page out and went and they honored the price. (No haggle price). It was $2000 over my budget but it only had 35,000 miles on it so I decided to go for it. The whole time, entire staff was very friendly, and NOT PUSHY. I personally hate when they do that because I know exactly what I want and it's very annoying. They gave me enough time to explain everything, show me around. But the car did not have much gas in it, so we asked them to fill up the tank before the transaction. (I was little surprised that wasn't given haha) But it was wonderful, quick process. I was able to pay little more for extended factory warranty too. So far, so good. Love the car. I would absolutely buy my next car here! More

Best car buying experience I had been in the market for a Subaru Forrester for several months and was well aware of the market value for the model that I wanted. I found ALM Ke I had been in the market for a Subaru Forrester for several months and was well aware of the market value for the model that I wanted. I found ALM Kennesaw's website and saw they had the Subaru that I wanted. It was listed at a lower price and had significantly less miles than the car that I was going to purchase in Chattanooga. I sent and email to confirm the vehicle's availability and my intention to drive to Kennesaw the next day. I promptly received confirmation from a salesman (Cliff Davis) and set an appointment time for the next day. I received an additional email from Cliff the next day when we were driving down because he was concerned that he may be with another customer whose financing was taking more time than expected. I appreciated the additional email, as we were running late as well. When we arrived, because we had set an appointment, Cliff had the car cleaned, ready, and waiting for us....expediting the whole process. Hal, the GM, and Cliff were both very professional, easy to work with, and as a result, I am very satisfied with my purchase and with the car buying experience at ALM. My wife, who normally dreads the whole car buying experience (takes too long, condescending treatment by staff, hard sell, etc.) commented on how low pressure, straightforward, and fair that the experience was for us. ALM was very competitively priced, good to work with, and we would highly recommend them. They embrace the fact that they attract a lot of their business from out of state, and as a result, they do not drag the process out, and they want to make you a satisfied customer. More
