Awesome staff I had an appt. with Don Zorn and I must say that he was most pleasant car sales manager ever. He made my car buying process as painless, personable a I had an appt. with Don Zorn and I must say that he was most pleasant car sales manager ever. He made my car buying process as painless, personable and efficient as a car buying process could be. I love how he didn't pressure me into buying a vehicle and made absolutely sure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle that I did ultimately choose. He went through pretty much every feature that the vehicle possessed (way too many to list. Lol) and answered any and all questions that my sister and I had. I am pretty sure that he fell in love with my vehicle just as much as I when he went to go put gas in it. Lol. Not only was Mr. Zorn awesome, so was Mr. Buttram. He made signing documents seem as if I was sitting with an old friend shooting the breeze. Thumbs up to the staff at ALM. I haven't purchased a vehicle in a long time and had a bit of anxiety prior to arriving at the dealership. But after meeting and working with the staff at ALM, my anxiety turned into pure happiness. It was sitting inside a bay area waiting for our inspection.they took the time to let me inspect the car. And let my son drive it for a while to get a good feel of the car.they explained ever step of the procedure and patiently waited for our decision on several financial steps.
