Jimie was the best at getting me the car that I wanted without trying to lead me to something else, Hal was so pleasant and extremely kind (you don't get that much anymore) and Mark was great with the paperwork, just thinking about it makes me want to go by to visit. The entire team honestly was great! I didn't even mind driving the hour in traffic to get my car. Good amount for my trade-in, great car, and wonderful service. Honestly in 5 or so years when I am looking to trade my other car I will be back at ALM-Kennesaw because it was just simply an AWESOME experience. More

We found our car online over the weekend, called on Monday, and I drove 4 hours to go see it. The online pictures and description were accurate (many other dealers exaggerate online). Oscar was incredible. He had the car cleaned and sitting up front for me when I arrived. He gave me a complete tutorial of the car (my first BMW) and was professional and respectful. He understood that my husband was 4 hours away and spoke with him several times on the phone. I'm impressed with how smooth the entire process was and I highly recommend Oscar, Hal, and ALM. More
