ALM kENNESAW was the first place I called and Mr. Oscar answered the phone with an exhilarating attitude. I told him I wanted the Lexus IS 250 ALL WHITE with tented windows and peanut butter interior, the same one I seen online. Mr. Oscar told me he would call me right back as soon as he found the car. He called me within the next 5 minutes and insured me that I would get exactly what I wanted. He sent me images of the car I wanted and I was in love. I made an appointment that day and bought the car the same day. After the test drive he was persistent on making sure I got what I came for and the payments and interest rates I was comfortable with. He didn't try to sale me anything else or try to persuade me to do anything I didn't want to do. I didn't feel any pressure at all. Oscar had genuine, authentic, and honest existence about him. After going to another car lot and they didn't have the cars I was interested in and then I found it, it wasn't in the price range. The sales person was sweet but never tried to work on lowering the price and the other I found online the salesman never returned my calls or let me knw the car was sold. I live an hour away from Kennesaw so i spoke with Oscar Bryant at ALM Kennesaw on the phone & he worked with me from beginning to end. I went the next day to test drive the car & it was beautiful. Due to me being on disability from 2 kidney transplants & breast cancer 2x & having tones of bills I'm currently trying to clear up my credit. Oscar did everything he cld do to get me the car I wanted & the payments. I got my car, and very happy with the service I received from ALM Kennesaw. More
