I am so upset and very disappointed. I have purchased 2 vehicles myself from this dealership and so has my Son. I have 2 daughter-in-laws that have, and my niece. I have never felt so di I have purchased 2 vehicles myself from this dealership and so has my Son. I have 2 daughter-in-laws that have, and my niece. I have never felt so disrespected. As you can see, I have a history with the Dealership which is why this is so hurtful. There was a $4K warranty purchased with my Son's vehicle, car was totaled, Gap wants that policy cashed out so they can pay the lienholder, and guess what, there IS NO POLICY! We have been ran around in circles since Sep. of 2021 and the "warranty policy" that was financed was started and canceled on the same day thru the Dealers portal but OF COURSE the $4K was still included in the cost of the vehicle. I will be contacting an Attorney today. I cannot believe the fraudulence of this dealership. I have been so nice and respectful to everyone there, sent several people that have purchased vehicles, as well as myself, and this is the thanks I get. I will be more than happy to tell the details to anyone. They won't be getting away with this though, I can promise you that! My next report is to the BBB. Unethical practices by this Finance Manager...UNBELIEVABLE! More

I purchased a used suv. Which had cigar guts all in between the seats and floor at test drive. I brought it to the salespersons attention as well as the finance person I dealt with. I took the vehicle back for a repair and was told they would also do a full detail. They kept the vehicle for over 6 hours. The repair was not done nor was the detail. As a returning customer. I would NEVER recommend or return to ALM. Not to mention when we went to pick the vehicle up it was at a different location. One of the salesperson stated how they had been riding around speeding in the car(how unprofessional). My salesperson lacked a lot of knowledge about cars in general to be a salesperson. But was overall pleasant just not very personable as there has yet to have been a follow up call. More

The vehicle was fantastically priced, but the Service end of sale is horrible!!! It will be a month on 23rd of Feb and still have not received my vehicle.
