Thank you for responding we have tried numerous times to reach out to you. The protection package you reference was applied to the vehicle at point of sale, with your sales person. Unfortunately once applied it cannot be removed. The items are clearly itemized on your bill of sale which you signed, with the sales person and the business manager. Sorry this has got little complicated ,its really simple .Your salesman, Chris & I, after negotiating the lowest price out the door, on an ,as is ,no warranty, 16 yr old vehicle which I chked over with a test drive & inspection ,agreed on that lowest price out the door . I gave him a chk to hold truck.I did not even ask for a clean up but never said no when he said they were cleaning it up,just pleased with our transaction.When back few hours later to pick up ,I was delayed for hour or so due to paperwork & rushed thru signing for i was happy with deal . Ive bought properties & vehicles in the past this same way with no surprises, but always knew what i was trading for. No one of the three ,I dealt with ,asked me if i wanted ,or told me it was included in the lowest price out the door ? Who authorized it or is that standard practice on all older vehicles ? My main problem is, that you changed the vehicle that Chris & I traded on with manager approval!!
