Dennis is a solid salesman. I'm grateful and fortunate that I got him. I'd happily recommend him to other customers and I'd certainly recommend he be retained and considered for additional responsibility that I got him. My only complaint might have been on the support side of the business where it seemed a little disorganized. Dennis wasn't able to get me a test drive in the GT because no one knew where the keys were. He might have upsold me if I'd have been able to sit in it and get a feel for it. Always next time though! Management will not return my call about an issue I noticed inside the car while sitting in the back seat. I reached out to my salesperson on several occasions and have called the dealership a few tim noticed inside the car while sitting in the back seat. I reached out to my salesperson on several occasions and have called the dealership a few times only to be told the general manager had other important things to do. Definitely not a great first experience with KIA. More

First time buying a Kia nd I love the vehicle. My sales lady Rianna was great to deal with and answered all my questions, highly recommend her. The transaction was an easy one but finance tried adding on lady Rianna was great to deal with and answered all my questions, highly recommend her. The transaction was an easy one but finance tried adding on so many fees, it made the experience less desirable. They told me on the phone about the market adjustment, which I was ok with BUT when I got there, there was alot more than that added!!!!!! Then the sales tax I did my best and tried to tell them what my state taxes were but they still charged me double what they actually were. My state is refunding me the difference but that could have been easily avoided if they would have just checked into it for me. Other than the fees and add on's everything else was great! More
