I brought my 2016 Kia Optima in to service for my a/c not blowing cold like it should. When the technician brought my car back it was blowing ice cold. Much needed with this heat. Salesman was great, rating and comments are not on him. The car came with aftermarket wheels and the wheel lock key was never produced by mechanics and Management never returned my calls. AC also when out within fist week, but luckily it was under warranty by the manufacturer. I guess this is how they treat cash buyers. More

The collision center suck. U have to call to check on your car, the service dont trust them, they just don't care. We're done with this company.
