It's quite upsetting that a dealership of this size doesn't provide assistance. I've attempted to reach someone in the building over six times. There were no managers available, and no one in parts pic doesn't provide assistance. I've attempted to reach someone in the building over six times. There were no managers available, and no one in parts picked up the phone (I was on hold for over 20 minutes) while I was driving home. I couldn't leave a message since everyone's mailbox is full. I'm really disappointed... I will be reaching out to the GM (if they have one). More
