Your dealership had brand new vehicle that was damaged and sent it to Rick Case kia, which is where I bought the damaged vehicle without my knowledge of knowing it was damaged. I thought I was buying a brand new damaged free vehicle. I took the vehicle to you guys ALM kia south, wanting to trade the Telluride x-line ex for a Telluride hybrid for better gas mileage, only to find out from the printed carfax that it had been damaged in April. I bought this vehicle in June. It was sold to me for full price and it should have been sold to me for a lessor price to do it being damaged prior to me buying this vehicle. With this being said, I think you guys should my it right with me, buy compensating me for selling me a vehicle that had been damaged by wasn't disclosed to me prior to me purchasing it. You on gave me a trade in value of 41000 and I only had the vehicle for less than 2 months and my trade in value should have been much higher. I see you are selling the vehicle for 48000, I paid 51000 for it and should be compensated the difference which would be 3000. I hope to hear from someone who cares about their customers and is willing to make this right with me. More

Extremely disappointing and concerning experience with ALM Automotive Group in Union City, Georgia. On February 26, 2026, we purchased a 2025 Hyundai from ALM Automotive Group in Union City and provide ALM Automotive Group in Union City, Georgia. On February 26, 2026, we purchased a 2025 Hyundai from ALM Automotive Group in Union City and provided valid insurance documentation before leaving the dealership. Everything was approved at the time of sale. Shortly afterward, the dealership contacted us claiming there was an issue with the insurance and accused us of providing fraudulent insurance documentation. These accusations were made directly by the dealership’s general manager, Nathan. We were threatened with potential criminal accusations and told to immediately return the vehicle. Even though we strongly disagreed with these allegations, we complied in good faith and returned the vehicle on March 3, 2026. At the time, the vehicle had only been driven 556 miles. We paid a $2,100 down payment to ALM Automotive Group. After returning the vehicle, ALM Automotive Group refunded only $438.20 and kept the remaining $1,661.80. Because of how serious these accusations were, we even went to the ALM Automotive Group corporate headquarters to try to resolve the issue. Instead of resolving the matter, we later received a call from the company’s vice president, whose response was just as dismissive and unprofessional regarding the accusations that had been made against us. Being accused of fraud and threatened with criminal allegations by management at ALM Automotive Group in Union City is extremely serious and distressing. It is also very concerning that a dealership would demand the return of a vehicle and then keep most of a customer’s down payment. We are still requesting the return of the remaining $1,661.80 that was paid in good faith. These people took hard earn money! But justice will prevail. More
