I like my finance person Ms. Jones customer service was great and the energy of the place was excellent. However my sales person both of the brothers Mr. peoples didn’t provide customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could due to:1) I would give 0 stars if I could due to: 1) Unprofessional-Cursing in Office and after we didn't buy vehicle 2) Not very much Covid safety-they try t I would give 0 stars if I could due to: 1) Unprofessional-Cursing in Office and after we didn't buy vehicle 2) Not very much Covid safety-they try to shake hands or fist pump and not many salesmen were wearing mask. 3) Inventory on website is not what they have in stock. 4) Try to bait and switch you and hope that you are ignorant enough to not see it. 5) Long unexplained wait times while they "check inventory" My Experience- My husband and I visited ALM Kia South on Monday, March 22 because their website showed a few Nissan Sentra's that we wanted to look at. When we arrived they did not have any Nissan Sentra's for sale on the main lot so we left. Fast forward to Friday, March 26 and we continued our search and again saw some cars we were interested in looking at. I decided to call ahead and see if the vehicles were available. G (Gerven) answered the phone and I told him what kind of car we were looking for. He took my info and told me he would check the inventory and message me back with what was available. We arrived and I had not received said message only one stating to ask for him when we arrived. (First red flag). When we arrived we had to wait for him to come to the front. (Not many salespeople were wearing mask even inside (2nd red flag). We got tired of waiting and went to look on the lot. He called me on my cell phone asking me where I was and we went back up to the front only for him to have disappeared.(3rd red flag). He appeared and we told him we wanted to see a Nissan Sentra. He left and finally returned (we had gotten back in our car to leave at this point because it was taking too long 4th red flag) with a Nissan that was listed on their website with a Carfax stating it had been salvaged. We told him we didn't want that vehicle and we went in to tell him more of what we were looking for. He began searching on the website, which is what I had already done before arrival and suggesting a few cars for us to look at. One was another Nissan Sentra and and another one was a Nissan Versus. We waited over 25 min. and I began to get restless and was on my way to way back outside for some air when he returned. I signaled for him to continue on and show my husband. Shortly, after I went outside my husband and G came out and my husband was expressing to him that we didn't want the car. He was talking about the same car that he had already showed us that had the salvage title on the Carfax. He kept insisting that it wasn't the same car, but another one. I didn't get to check the VIN number to verify because at this point we were leaving. G kept asking what was wrong with the car and my husband insisted that he didn't want it because it had a dent on the left quarter panel and was at this point very irritated that we waited 25 min. for him to return with the same car and not other Sentra or Versus. He continued to be condescending about the dent being the problem with why we didn't want the car. When it fact it was the whole experience,. the wait time, the fact that we called ahead and it didn't make a difference, the fact that what they have on the website does not seem to be the inventory, and the fact that G returned after 25 min. with the same car. My husband at this point said we were leaving and for him to have a good day. G continued talking about why we didn't want that car and etc. He finally finished and told us to have a good day. As we were getting in our vehicle, we heard him say that this was "DUMB xxxx." My husband who is normally a chill and level headed person got upset about this unprofessional behavior and responded. After a little verbal back and forth between my husband and G we left with an hour wasted in our long day at the end of our work week. Needless to say we will never return to this dealership, or another ALM dealership due to this horrible experience and I suggest you do the same. More
There was a few lies told when selling me my vehicle. All the lies came in the financing office. I went to the dealership twice to get updated paper work, 1st trip he was to busy and stated he would call me, the lies came in the financing office. My payment and payment due date was not what I was told in the office, also there was another problem that was not fixed regarding my warranty. Lies are not good Sales service. More

Chris was great but I left with a tire sensor light on and was told it will come off after it drove that it was just low air and they filled it. Well wrong. I have a bad sensor and now I have to pay hundr and was told it will come off after it drove that it was just low air and they filled it. Well wrong.
