I purchased my vehicle on Friday 9/25/20, it is now Tuesday 09/29/20. I still do not have my temporary tags that they promised to overnight me. I was extremely disappointed with the manner in which the people in the service department failed to address my concerns. i had to come in the office twice only to find out a few days later that the repairs people in the service department failed to address my concerns. i had to come in the office twice only to find out a few days later that the repairs that were needed were not even covered under my warranty. my initial visit was due to the fact that I received a letter about an engine recall. Amazing staff! Stiles and Tim are great for sales and finance departments!! We live out of state and with COVID didn’t want to spend the usual all day in the dealership getting a new vehicle. Stiles hand finance departments!! We live out of state and with COVID didn’t want to spend the usual all day in the dealership getting a new vehicle. Stiles handled everything with me via texting!! I didn’t even have to come in to the dealership and he worked all the numbers out and everything! Stiles even offered to drive 2 hours and deliver our new vehicle and pick up our trade in!!!!
