Clarence Long is an awesome salesman, so go see him. Service department didn't clean the vehicle like they should have, but Clarence did it himself. He went above and beyond what was expected. I was due a refund and finance department was slow to refund when owed, but they eventually did. I had to drive 2 hours one way too many times for this deal, but I got what I wanted. Our sales experience was great. He was not pushy and took care of most of everything before we arrived. The wait to meet with the finance department was a bit disapointing. We were there for nearly 3 hours a care of most of everything before we arrived. The wait to meet with the finance department was a bit disapointing. We were there for nearly 3 hours and that was frustrating. The only other issue was the car was not detailed. We were told they were cleaning it and I think our salesman thought it had been cleaned. While the vehicle was fairly clean in the first place, I think a detailed cleaning would have been nice. Mostly we had a great experience. More
