I spent 5 hours at this dealership and even signed all the papers to purchase the car I picked out only to be told after it was all done that the car was not available. During the process I was also told the papers to purchase the car I picked out only to be told after it was all done that the car was not available. During the process I was also told that the negotiated price was acceptable twice by the salesperson only to be told when receiving the bill of sale that they could in fact not honor the price after all. I ended up at this location because one of their other locations wasted over a week of my time because they wouldn't honor my financing from my credit union. It was an extremely unpleasant, long and unprofessional experience. More
