On June 30, my offer for a used Toyota Sequoia, was accepted and a deposit of $500 was also accepted, they then sold the car to another customer without the opportunity to make final cash balance payme accepted and a deposit of $500 was also accepted, they then sold the car to another customer without the opportunity to make final cash balance payment. I later learned the car was sold to another customer who did finance arrangement with them. Many emails, calls were ignored and took almost three weeks to recover my deposit of $500 back. On July 7, I finally got through to Finance Manager, Sabrina who promised to make the refund immediately. Again nothing was done until another two weeks. There was absolutely no written apology for the sharp practice and inconvenience. I will NOT recommend this Company. Ade Arlington, VA More

Great Experience Due to an auto accident that totaled our Tahoe since 2013. We were searching for a vehicle that gave us a "fresh" breath and that fit our needs. We saw an QX60 from a different dealership, that we were going to purchase. However I remembered Dominuqe Joseph and gave him a call. He searched the inventory and fought for us to get the specific vehicle. The price was GREAT! However our final total price was similar to a vehicle that had 38k more miles. We were able to get a super clean vehicle/ extended warranty/all electrical options warranty and much more. I am totally satisfied. Once we are ready for our next vehicle in about 6-months, I will be calling ALM + Dom Joseph. The only negative I had was my interest rate is higher than my credit union, but I will get it refinanced. I recommend ALM highly. More

I went to the service department and the process was the most smooth process ever. I live about 45 mins away from the dealership, however I'm totally committed to making the trip because: 1. The level of customer service is 2nd to NONE. 2. The thorough job done was with fidelity and excellence. 3. The environment is very positively infectious. 4. I had previously attempted to book an appointment online for that day but nothing was available and there was not a notice stating that walk ins were not welcome on certain days. So he came back on Monday morning and after the car was serviced there was nobody there to fill the gas tank up which was one of the services that’s they told me would be included when I purchased the vehicle. This is the first service I’ve had on the vehicle and I was not happy with the process I sent this correspondence to the service mgr on the 23rd but have yet to get any feedback. More
