The only highlight to our experience at the dealership was the salesman, Keneil. He was very motivated and enthusiastic, however he was new and still learning. The dealership does not indicate that their was the salesman, Keneil. He was very motivated and enthusiastic, however he was new and still learning. The dealership does not indicate that their prices are firm, however we were able to negotiate a slightly lower price than what the car was listed for. There is a disconnect between the sales and finance department. It took over two hours after the price of our car was agreed on to see the finance personnel. I had already secured financing and then the finance rep attempted to strong arm me into taking the dealership’s finance offer without attempting to research a better rate through their banks. Once we finally completed the financing, we asked for some spots on the car to be buffed out before taking delivery. When we looked at the car it had maybe been wiped down with some tire shine applied to the tires (apparently that is the standard for detailing at this dealership). The areas we had identified for buffing had not been touched, the car had not been washed or waxed. When we actually took delivery some of the spots had been buffed out and others had not. Service overall was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We only stayed the course based on the price we paid for the vehicle. More
The car buying experience was pretty smooth. I knew the exact which vehicle I wanted, so it wasn’t a hard sale. At this point, I had been at the dealership for several hours, but I wasn’t informed of this until after the purchase was complete and paperwork had been signed. I was told to come back the following morning, only to discover tags still weren’t available. The manager who initially asked me to come back seemed rather dismissive and blamed the mishap on a delay in mail. After visiting a second time to no avail, I opted to call before making yet another unsuccessful trip. Each phone call led time to a dead end. No one ever followed up or contacted me as they promised every time. After three days of owning a vehicle that was essentially rendered useless without tags, I made one more trip to the dealership where I was finally able to get everything sorted out. Even then, there was no apology given nor did anyone seem to be remorseful about the mishap itself. There were aspects relating to the customer service experience that could’ve definitely been better. It was clear that everyone was more so willing to give out answers to pacify me, as opposed to actually finding a solution to my problems. More
