Started off very well, was able to find the car that I wanted, was able to test drive, and was able to decide then and there that I wanted the car. After that everything pretty much went downhill. I had a crack in my windshield that was promised to be taken car of. It took 3 days even though I was told one. I was ok with waiting but I was the one who had to contact everyone else. My sales rep didn’t even know my car was done or that I even came in and picked it up myself. There was a lot of empty promises that I feel were told to me that I don’t think I’ll be able to collect on later on because of how they all were acting. I really like the car and I’m happy with the purchase but I truly wish that I would have purchased it through a different dealership or through a different sales rep. Miscommunication and lack of communication are the two things that they need EXTREME work on. In the end I was helped more by people that I hadn’t come into contact with on the first day, and I don’t think that should ever be the case! More

I had negotiated the drive out price and shared all of the information they requested prior to my arrival to expedite the transaction. We arrived at 3:10, test drive the vehicle and said we wanted to purchase the vehicle at 3:20. We were paying cash for the car, which I had told them before we arrived. It took us over 2 hours to complete the transaction. No one appeared to have any sense of urgency. Lots of people just sitting around. It appeared they only sold 1 other vehicle while we were there. Completely ridiculous process. Buy from a modern dealership if at all possible. More

Great vehicle, poor service. The service department ordered a part for my new car, and I still haven't been contacted about the delivery of the piece for installation. It's June! The whole ALM South needs better customer service tactics. The loan officer at ALM also lost the title of the car that I traded in. I had to contact the bank that I no longer deal with to receive another copy of the title. I basically drove around on expired tags for weeks. More

When I emailed the Manager of the dealership, Jerry Howell, and asked that he call or email me back I never received a response. When I needed the bill of sale to use at the mercedes dealership to purchase a replacement key fob I texted and called the salesman. He never responded. I felt like they were always trying to fool me into something. Unlikely that I will buy another car from this dealership. If you can find a car somewhere else you will be doing yourself a favor. More
