Very Poor Service I bought a used 2018 Silverado from here and was pleased all the way up till the very end. The saleswoman was very professional and nice and more than willing to work with me. We came to an agreement on the price, and I showed up there the following Monday to pick up the vehicle. Despite having the agreement and assurance that my price was locked in, upon sitting down with the finance department (this vehicle was bought outright by the way), I was told there would be an additional $250+ added to my bill for no clear reason. After trying to discuss it with the finance department, I was given the excuse that "there was no way of knowing about the additional cost until we got to this point"...Needless to say, I was not pleased. After finishing up there, I was essentially showed out of the finance department and left out front without any clear indication of what to do from there...Once I finally received the vehicle, I headed home. About an hour into my trip, I looked at the dash to realize the check engine light was on...After making contact with ALM, I was told to take it to a Chevrolet dealership so that "they could handle it"...I also brought up the $250+ that I felt I was wrongfully charged for and was told they'd look into it for me and call me back immediately... Buying the car was okay. The salesman who actually helped me wasn't able to answer a few questions for me, but he was nice. Service on the other hand was one of the WORST experiences ever. The second time I had to sit there for a straight 8 hours. The communication was very limited. One of the guys in service, Alex, did offer to provide lunch for me which was very polite but as far as keeping me informed with the car, no. None of the service guys really knew anything that was going on. Always had to ask someone else for information. Had an appointment at 9am, was told it would be ready in 2.5 to 3 hours. Noon came around and then said they car wouldn't be ready till about 4. After being told a tire would be there at 230 and it would only take an hour, no. 430pm came around and when I went in to ask where my car was they just started laughing. I asked for a full report of what was done to my car and they were not able to provide me with the information because they were too busy. Had to come back the next day for them to change the nuts on the wheel and they offered to wash the car. Was told 45 minutes took over 2 hours. The car was NOT cleaned. All they did was rinse off the bird poop. Vaccummed the driver and passenger seats. Did nothing with the back seats. Asked for my report and they were not able to provide me with that again upon my request. As far as service, I will not be bringing my car back there for any issues. The level of maturity and customer satisfaction, I am very disappointed. More
When I bought my car I was promised 2 free oil change and car wash. I only got a oil change after two hours of waiting. The Manager Was so rude and said customers lie sometimes so he didn’t look into it. Cu car wash. I only got a oil change after two hours of waiting. Even after my sales man told him THE MANAGER tried to place me in the back of the line saying id HAVE to wait another hour..I LEFT.. Worst experience I’d rather eat McDonald’ than go here and i hate Mcdonalds More

I live in Tallahassee and I brought a car from them because I was told they was a good car but the car I got wasn't so good I guess when I arrived hom I live in Tallahassee and I brought a car from them because I was told they was a good car but the car I got wasn't so good I guess when I arrived home the car was making a vert loud ticking noise I called my salesman and also sent him a video. he stated I need to check the oil I got the oil check and it was no oil in the car so I had to take the car to get a oil change only to find out the car needed brake fluid and also the engine air filter was extremely dirty and needed to be changed I feel for 25,855.50 the car should of at least had oil in it and had the filter changed before selling it to someone. I had to pay 200.00 to get an oil change and also get the engine air filter changed. this was so unfair. More
