We agreed on price over phone and we went to pick up and Nicole was our customer service sales rep and she couldn't be better. We even rang the gong and got pics together. They honored price on phone without trying to upsell or bait and switch. Finance was also great (Sabrine) as they didn't try to upsell on extended warranty and other packages we didn't want.
