So-So My experience with KIA South is mixed. I really liked my salesman, Winston, but I had a few issues after the sale. I purchased my vehicle on 10/24/19 My experience with KIA South is mixed. I really liked my salesman, Winston, but I had a few issues after the sale. I purchased my vehicle on 10/24/19 but SUV tire had a low tire pressure reading which turned out to be a nail. The tire was patched and I was told the new tire wold be in on Saturday (the technician forgot to put the bright green cap back on the tire). I arrived on Saturday and was told the tire was not in and the service department tried to reach me but they couldn’t. Then I realize my cargo cover was not in the vehicle so I called and was told I would receive one. On Tuesday, October 29th I was able to have the tire put on and I received the cargo cover. I was unduly pressured by Tim Allen to purchase any extra care plan and I finally gave in and purchased the tire plan but I told him on Tuesday I wanted to cancel the plan. He referred me to the Kia website. I followed his instructions and a Katie Barrington said she would get back with me and she never did. In any case, I think Mr Allen should have processed the cancellation when I requested it within the 3 day right to cancel period. I’ve put the charge in dispute. More
Came a few months ago to purchase a vehicle for my Girlfriend, met the most amazing sales manager Ms. Jones. She fought for us to get the vehicle that my girlfriend wanted. She was more then just a s Girlfriend, met the most amazing sales manager Ms. Jones. She fought for us to get the vehicle that my girlfriend wanted. She was more then just a salesperson, she made us feel like we were family. Came to get the first oil change today and she took time out to sit down and talk with me inquiring about everything making sure we are ok and happy with the vehicle. She truly went above and beyond. As long as Ms. Jones is here we will be LIFE Customers here at ALM Kia South. If you are in the market for a vehicle this is the place to come. Thank you Ms. Jones for everything that you do. Poor customer service, poor communication, false advertising I was given a quote on a car that was sold over the weekend and was told that I could get a comparable car for the same price. They put me in a compar I was given a quote on a car that was sold over the weekend and was told that I could get a comparable car for the same price. They put me in a comparable car but did not give me that quoted price. I did not know this until the next day when I looked at the paperwork. I should have looked at it when I signed it but I was told I would get the quoted price so I just assumed that that is what they were giving it to me for. I went back up there and talked to the salesman and he checked with a finance manager, came back and told me that I did get it for the quoted price. I went to my insurance company and they told me that was not the case. I called and talked to a General Manager who was very rude. He said he couldn't do anything about it that I would have to talk to Rashad Middlebrooks who was the "sneaky" finance manager. All he could say to me was that I signed the papers and he was very rude about it. Needless to say I have contacted an attorney. More

Poor service and customer service I purchased the 2019 Sorento and traded in my old car, last year (2018) in November. They failed to pay my old lien holder off in the timeframe that i I purchased the 2019 Sorento and traded in my old car, last year (2018) in November. They failed to pay my old lien holder off in the timeframe that it was supposed to be done. They finally sent the check to my old lien holder until 5 months later. So me and my husband’s credit ended up getting affected. Because at the time, I was told by my finance advisor, that I didn’t have to worry about making anymore payments on my old car and they will take care of it. So, when it came time for the dealership to fix their mistake, I kept getting the run around and nothing was done. Even now, that issue still hasn’t been resolved, because my credit is still affected. I do not recommend this dealership, because I’ve had the worse experience here and still dealing with that when I go to the service department to get my car serviced. So, if you still want to buy a Kia car, I recommend you seek another Kia dealership. I don’t like speaking ill on businesses but this one is honestly unsatisfactory. More
