What a great experience! It was a day I thought I was going to dread because we needed to trade in a truck for a more fuel friendly car. The first person we met was Irian who It was a day I thought I was going to dread because we needed to trade in a truck for a more fuel friendly car. The first person we met was Irian who immediately lifted our spirits before directing us to Rikki Vance who was our sales rep. Rikki really listened to what we needed and wanted, then made a recommendation for a new Kia Optima. He explained how buying a new car instead of used car was the best option for our situation. It made great sense all the way around! Before we left ALM, Jawon helped us transition into the car by showing us the basic functions. Jawon even stopped what he was doing to help us a couple of days later when we stopped by asking more questions. Overall it was such an pleasant experience from start to finish. If I buy another vehicle I will definitely be stopping by ALM in Union City and talking with Rikki Vance. More
