Service Would not recommend the service department until they get a new manager. I scheduled appointments and they changed each appointment, never called to Would not recommend the service department until they get a new manager. I scheduled appointments and they changed each appointment, never called to rescheduled, but made the trip up there and then they rescheduled. Which was not convenient to my schedule. Never received paperwork on service, alignment, door latch replacement, wiper blades and they got grease all over my vehicle each time it was taken into the service department. Also said they completed a recall part that was not completed.. Employee's standing around when dropping vehicle off in the morning instead of helping customers. Can't get a manager or regional manager to return your call. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Need a lot of improvement in the service department. Would not recommend. Definitely terrible service in the service department and lost my business. They cannot keep service technicians. More
Take Care of a Customer My appt started out to be a bad one. I met with sales person not knowing I was speaking with a Suprrvisor. I was been explain if certain issues that My appt started out to be a bad one. I met with sales person not knowing I was speaking with a Suprrvisor. I was been explain if certain issues that needed my attention that should have been explain from the first visit. Supervisor explain took care of me and explain all details to care for my new ride. I'm glad I was able to meet with someone who knows what to do and better prepare me for my next visit. Only thing iam still waiting on is email that I was suppose to receive and haven't recieved yet in reference list of services of what needs to be taken care of @ certail miles Thanks again ALM kia services Department More

He even assisted me when I was having trouble trying to leave the parking lot. He was extremely patient as well. After Steven worked with us to finish the sale Jawson was also very knowledgeable and helpful to answer all our questions related to the car and did everything he cool to get us set up. There was one person I don’t have his name but he had on a black shirt ALM shirt not a red one like the rest. I believe he keep printing the offers and adjustment to Friday. He was mean and accusative. He made me want to walk out immediately and go to another dealer. I had 2 young kids with me, one a newborn, drove 1 hr to get there with some expectation due to previous conversion with another associate there, he show lack of empathy and was rude, pretty much almost out right yelled at me, I was extremely traumatize and upset after dealing with him. Honestly I would’ve immediately walked out if Friday wasn’t trying so hard and was very kind and patient. I also thought it was very unprofessional of how he walked up to Friday to tell him if he mistake very loudly and harshly in front of other people especially the customer, that’s absolutely unnecessary. One thing that perturbed me was the breakdown amounts didn’t match up correctly and was straight up false vs the final document. But I saw the final amount was close to what I asked I didn’t make a big fuss. Basically guy in the black shirt that provide the numbers showed a big discount on the sales price making it seems like he gave me what I want and increase the taxes. But the final amount on the taxes was actually much lower. Of course the paper they originally quoted me they would not keep. I felt that was very dishonest, but I can tell the sales person doesn’t realize that either. I would recommend it sense majority of the other people we worked with were trying to be helpful. But the person that put the amount together on the breakdown needs to be more honest. More

Never Again!!!!! I dropped my vehicle off to complete recalls and for some maintenance issues. The service department had my car for over a week. I had to initiate sev I dropped my vehicle off to complete recalls and for some maintenance issues. The service department had my car for over a week. I had to initiate several calls to the service department as well as to my warranty department in order to get the issues resolved. I called to speak to my service rep many times and never received a call back or would speak to him and he never had any information. I went to go see what was taking forever and was advised I still had to wait another 2 days to get the parts in. They didn't have a loaner vehicle so I was able to drive my own car. Which i found a scratch on the bumper. Finally once the parts came in it took another 2 days to service the car. I still had to call myself to find out if the service was finished or not. One of the times I called a lady answered the phone, oh it her again, how can I help you Ms. V? I was appalled by the lack of customer service. When I was finally able to get my car they left $40 in my cup holder, I guess it was there way of saying sorry. I drove off the lot and my check engine light came on. I was furious. I wan't not going to take my car back up there to find out why my check engine light me on. After doing some research and checking myself I found they did not reconnect all the parts in my engine. I found something unplugged and plugged it back in and guess what? Check engine light is off. I think this was done intentionally so that I would have to come back. I will never go back to this dealership again.!! More
