Great Experience I first spoke with Brandi at the front desk, who I explained my car situation with. Unsure if I would be able to find the car I wanted or would be able to be financed she assured me that I would be able to get me a car, and she would put me with a great member of the team. When I walked into ALM I was greeted by Mr. Rodney Wright. Mr. Wright had a big nice smile and a great welcoming spirit. We immediately got to work. He was able to find what I wanted by color, year, and the features I desired to have with my car. I was next introduced to Mr. AJ Swinmey who negotiated the perfect price for me that was affordable, including Gap and warranty. Lastly I was introduced to Jawon the delivery specialist he made sure I knew every detail there was to know about my new car, he made sure my Bluetooth was connected, programmed the radio station I desired, he also made sure all features were properly working. Overall, my experience at ALM Kia South was GREAT!!! Great customer service!!!! Great experience!!! Thanks ALM Kia South!!! More

Shady - Will sell you a car that they are unwilling to stand I purchased a 2018 Chevy Impala from Alm Kia South with a few minor scratches that I agreed to take care of myself. When I took it to a body shop to I purchased a 2018 Chevy Impala from Alm Kia South with a few minor scratches that I agreed to take care of myself. When I took it to a body shop to have the scratches evaluated, I was informed that the car was damaged. Something had taken place that caused the hood to be repainted and the bumper to be replaced and the hood not to shut properly. I contacted Alm the next day. They stated that the CarFax was clean. I replied that it is obvious that something took place and your multi-point inspection should have caught it. They offered me a free car wash and tank of gas. I refused. They asked for pictures and I provided them. They stated that they would contact a manager and call me back. No call. No email. I called back again and received the same runaround. They are essentially ignoring me. Don't waste your time by purchasing a car from Alm. They will sell you a car that they are unwilling to stand behind. More

Lack of Communication The only people who did as they say they would were Kenny in parts and Henry in Service. Anyone else who made commitments failed to follow thru. From Nicole who never followed thru to Brandon in parts. Lack of in house communication was all over the place and making excuses for not getting something done. As I was leaving I noticed a scratch on the drivers side mirror that hadn't been there before. About 1.5 - 2 inches long and almost as wide. Needless to say, I will have it taken care of myself and will not be bringing my car in for anything. I know I am suppose to have 2 free services but that also will not be happening. When they fixed the motor for the driver's seat, they forgot to put the seat belt catch back on so I waited again for that to be fixed. More
