Denise was great and assisted me as quickly as possible! I gave 4 starts because of Denise. She was able to get my car in and out quickly and kept me abreast each stage of my service. I had to get a ride to the location to ensure my car was actually towed there. As soon as I got there I was able to locate my car, when they could not. More

Terrible Service Department DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE ISSUES. They are overpriced and do not fix the problem. I took my car there because I thought I was having break DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE ISSUES. They are overpriced and do not fix the problem. I took my car there because I thought I was having break issues on 6/19/2019. I was told that my rotors needed to be turned and there were no issues with the front and back break pads. I PAID over $600 for the service (it included an oil change). Fast forward to 7/19/2019, I'm still having issues with the car jerking when I stopped. The mechanic tells me that I needed new break pads and new rotors...another $600 (Kia was going to charge over $1000 to fix). AGAIN DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go here for service. There is nothing worse than people that do not fix your car correctly the 1st time. These people are shady and they only want money. More

Helped me get into an awesome gently used car! I had an appointment Monday, June 15, 2019 to view a used car I had been eyeing online. But sadly, someone else got to it first and was signing papers I had an appointment Monday, June 15, 2019 to view a used car I had been eyeing online. But sadly, someone else got to it first and was signing papers right as we walked in the door. But Tyrone Duncan was gracious enough to have us follow him to an ALM sister dealership and Newnan and see a car of the same year/make/model/trim/mileage--- we test drove it and fell in love, even though it wasn't the original color I wanted. I couldn't pass it up. Tyrone jumped through hoops for us to get the car transferred to the Union City dealership while we got our financing squared away. I can't say enough good things about him. You should definitely ask to work with him, he'll make it happen for you. And then on our way out with our new (to us) car, Jawon Shaw was there to help do a quick check of all our lights and wipers to be sure they were in working order, and also spent some time teaching me how to use all the really cool features on our infotainment unit. If you're looking for a new Kia or want to check out their used cars, I highly recommend ALM Kia South. More
