ALM LEMONade stand I purchased a dodge truck and it broke down on the way home on 6-20-19. It is still broke down at a dodge dealership. come to find out that the truck was a Canadian truck and had no american manufacturer warranty. this was not disclosed to me. Carfax I saw only showed ! previous owner and a clear title. Come to find out that the truck was not clear. It was still registered BY VIN to previous Canadian owner. The truck was not imported properly. I Had to transfer ownership to american.if the truck was imported properly there would still be a manufacturer warranty on this lemon. 77000 mile on the truck and computer will not reset allowing use. computer shuts down engine due to a misread of DEF Diesel Emission Fluid. Tim In Service department is great, but his hands are tied by management and cannot serve the customer needs. Tim dint know this truck had no manufacturer warranty. Sabrine in finance was great, she worked with me over the phone on numbers and in person. She also did not know that I was being sold a Canadian truck. Rosalita, is sales was fantastic. she sent me pics and video of the truck because I live 3 hours away. Although as young and inexperienced as she is She did not look into the history of the truck enough to share information with me that would have definitely changed my purchase. She did not know that this truck was Canadian either. Rod in sales management has not called to see if this truck has been fixed or shown any concern. More

Excellent Customer Care After leaving the service center I entered the expressway and heard a clanking noise coming from my car. I called and Henry called a tow truck and the After leaving the service center I entered the expressway and heard a clanking noise coming from my car. I called and Henry called a tow truck and they towed my car back to the service center. Of course, it was after the service center had closed. Henry took very good care of me and gave me a loaner car to go home in until they check my car the next day. I realized that the loaner didn't really have much gas in it. The next morning I put gas in the loaner car and informed Henry. The next day Henry called me and informed me that nothing was wrong and I must have hit something in the road. I arrived at the service center to return the loaner and to pick up my car and. They had cleaned the outside of my car and Henry reimbursed me for my gas and I was on my way.
