Dreams do come true I never imagined that I could purchase a brand new vehicle with my credit and a trade in that I owed several thousands of dollars on, but GOD sent my I never imagined that I could purchase a brand new vehicle with my credit and a trade in that I owed several thousands of dollars on, but GOD sent my daughter to meet an Angel by the name of Nicole. Not only did Ms Nicole help my daughter purchase a car but she told my daughter she would take care of me too. When I came in the next morning, very unsure of this process I meet another angel by the name of Irian who not only promised me that they would do all they could when she seen me getting weary or frustrated she came and encouraged me through wisdom, love and hope. All of this was going on and behind the scene the internal financial team was fighting for me, when I got in Mr. Middlebrooks office and while we was signing he even called the finance company and pleaded that he needed just a little more money because my estimate of owing several thousands was increased by yet another thousand. He would not take no for an answer so yes he even got that worked out. GOD is so awesome by using these angels to full fill my dream, that I officially have named them the ALM Dream Team!!!! I can not forget Mr Jawon Shaw who recognized me from being at Welcome All Park came by earlier and spoke as he gassed up my daughter’s car then mine and took the time to not just show me how to use the amenities of the car to even setting up the app. I didn’t get just a new car, I made friends and family members. This car buying experience was a process however I would not trade it for anything else. I will tell everybody about my superhero’s. More

2012 Ford Focus Titanium We purchased a 2012 Focus in May 2019 from ALM KIA South. Within the first week we had a SES light come on. About 2 weeks later we found out that th We purchased a 2012 Focus in May 2019 from ALM KIA South. Within the first week we had a SES light come on. About 2 weeks later we found out that the front & back brakes and rotors were wore beyond repair and had to be replaced. Now we have been told by the Ford dealer that the tires are too worn out to balance and the car needs a new set of tires. When I test drove the car, everything felt normal and it drove well. Of course I looked the car over and didn't see anything leaking and it appeared to be in very good condition. I bought this car from a dealer with the expectation that these kinds of items would not be an issue. All I can say to anyone reading this is, if you shop here, which I won't do again, be very careful. Check everything thoroughly and have them run a OBD check to make sure their not hiding anything.
