The sales rep, Reginald Coley, kept an open line of communication so that I was in tuned to every step of the process. His coworkers, Dak and Jawon, also took care of me and answered any questions I had. Mr Louis in finance did an outstanding job of explaining every document to me and keeping engaged in the conversation. They ALL were very accommodating. Their efforts were particularly appreciated because I live out of state. I drove off the lot in my new car, and it was like I was just leaving “my boys” place and going home!
