Poor work performance The initial oil change was not completed on time due to the water pump malfunctioning. The transmission seems to slips in between changing gears from 1st to 2nd. when I questioned this doing my purchase the salesman stated that it was probably due to the car sitting up for so long. However, I asked one of the mechanics at alm and he stated that it was a recall that should be covered. More

Was a experience Chris Gantt was excellent, communication from him was great. Some other need more training some guy was rapping loud and cussing very unprofessional.
