Completely unprofessional. During the test drive, I noticed that the dash board said "inspection needed." I told the sales person twice. It was never taken care of. I was with my sales woman when she "filled up the gas." She faked it. The gas tank was empty. On the drive home, the air pressure light came on. I contacted my sales person on the way home. She ignored 2 texts and 2 phones calls. I contacted the dealership asking to speaking to a manager, no one ever returned my call or email. I emailed and called financing about a questions, no return or called. The forgot to mention that my APR was 6.7%. More
Wasted trip from Alabama to Georgia We bought a 2015 Land Rover LR2 from ALM on April 27, 2019 ( AS IS unfortunately-thankfully purchased an extended warranty). Started hearing a scrubbi We bought a 2015 Land Rover LR2 from ALM on April 27, 2019 ( AS IS unfortunately-thankfully purchased an extended warranty). Started hearing a scrubbing noise on the way home on the interstate but put it off as road noise. While driving around town at home, the noise was really bad. Called our closest Land Rover dealer and they do not accept the warranty that was purchased through ALM. Located a Land Rover mechanic (great mechanic, BTW) and took the car in. The rear differential had to be completely replaced and we were told that soon, the front differential will also have to be replaced. The car was in the shop for about a week. Fast forward to June 6 while on the way home from vacation out of state, we stopped at a gas station to fill up, and the car would not start. We had to be towed home from out of state. Took the car back to the mechanic on June 10 and the car is still in the shop with a bad fuel rail, timing is off, among other things. Needless to say, we believe that we were sold a "lemon" and now the warranty company does not want to completely pay. These are things that should have been found in the inspection process by the dealership (at least the rear and front end issues). The car only had a little over 53,000 miles when purchased. Will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. On a side note, my husband changed the oil and it was black and appeared to have not been changed in the "inspection process"....I have sent an email to the dealership with no response, of course. More

I always dread how long the process takes to get a new car but everyone here constantly checks in with you and they will try to multitask certain timely procedures so you dont have to spend all day there and they strive to find the right vehicle that will satisfy your wants/needs within your budget. Incorrect information I went to the Kia ALM South dealership on Jonesboro Rd. in Union City on June 4, 2019. The finance man, Josh, told us we had to buy an extended warra I went to the Kia ALM South dealership on Jonesboro Rd. in Union City on June 4, 2019. The finance man, Josh, told us we had to buy an extended warranty on the 2019 Chevy Silverado as the factory warranty DID NOT transfer. According to the GMC site the bumper to bumper warranty IS fully transferrable. He then said we needed to get an almost $2000 extended warranty because nothing was covered except the power train. See below: BUMPER-TO-BUMPER COVERED FOR 3 YEARS/36,000 MILES† GMC backs your new vehicle with its no-deductible Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty. The entire vehicle is warranted for repairs, including parts and labor, to correct any defect in materials or workmanship, for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first (except normal maintenance). Needed repairs will be performed using new, remanufactured, or refurbished parts. The warranty covers towing to the nearest GMC dealership, and there is no deductible for warranty repairs during the warranty period. The warranty transfers automatically with vehicle ownership during the warranty period. Poor customer service I went here to get a transmission flush from mark and they said they did a multi point inspection and they said my car is fine and checked off green. Went home to find out that my air filter was corroded and clogged and oil all over the gasket were my spark plugs were located. I spoke to manager Mic and they didn’t want to take responsibility for missing everything especially the air filter. They were very rude and laughed in my face and didn’t even offer to replace the air filter. They seemed very unprofessional and racist, wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. More
