Excellent Customer Care After leaving the service center I entered the expressway and heard a clanking noise coming from my car. I called and Henry called a tow truck and they towed my car back to the service center. Of course, it was after the service center had closed. Henry took very good care of me and gave me a loaner car to go home in until they check my car the next day. I realized that the loaner didn't really have much gas in it. The next morning I put gas in the loaner car and informed Henry. The next day Henry called me and informed me that nothing was wrong and I must have hit something in the road. I arrived at the service center to return the loaner and to pick up my car and. They had cleaned the outside of my car and Henry reimbursed me for my gas and I was on my way. The sales rep, Reginald Coley, kept an open line of communication so that I was in tuned to every step of the process. His coworkers, Dak and Jawon, also took care of me and answered any questions I had.
