Poor work performance The initial oil change was not completed on time due to the water pump malfunctioning. The transmission seems to slips in between changing gears from 1st to 2nd. when I questioned this doing my purchase the salesman stated that it was probably due to the car sitting up for so long. However, I asked one of the mechanics at alm and he stated that it was a recall that should be covered. More

Was a experience Chris Gantt was excellent, communication from him was great. Some other need more training some guy was rapping loud and cussing very unprofessional. Completely unprofessional. During the test drive, I noticed that the dash board said "inspection needed." I told the sales person twice. It was never taken care of. I was with my sales woman when she "filled up the gas." She faked it. The gas tank was empty. On the drive home, the air pressure light came on. I contacted my sales person on the way home. She ignored 2 texts and 2 phones calls. I contacted the dealership asking to speaking to a manager, no one ever returned my call or email. I emailed and called financing about a questions, no return or called. The forgot to mention that my APR was 6.7%. More
Wasted trip from Alabama to Georgia We bought a 2015 Land Rover LR2 from ALM on April 27, 2019 ( AS IS unfortunately-thankfully purchased an extended warranty). Started hearing a scrubbi We bought a 2015 Land Rover LR2 from ALM on April 27, 2019 ( AS IS unfortunately-thankfully purchased an extended warranty). Started hearing a scrubbing noise on the way home on the interstate but put it off as road noise. While driving around town at home, the noise was really bad. Called our closest Land Rover dealer and they do not accept the warranty that was purchased through ALM. Located a Land Rover mechanic (great mechanic, BTW) and took the car in. The rear differential had to be completely replaced and we were told that soon, the front differential will also have to be replaced. The car was in the shop for about a week. Fast forward to June 6 while on the way home from vacation out of state, we stopped at a gas station to fill up, and the car would not start. We had to be towed home from out of state. Took the car back to the mechanic on June 10 and the car is still in the shop with a bad fuel rail, timing is off, among other things. Needless to say, we believe that we were sold a "lemon" and now the warranty company does not want to completely pay. These are things that should have been found in the inspection process by the dealership (at least the rear and front end issues). The car only had a little over 53,000 miles when purchased. Will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. On a side note, my husband changed the oil and it was black and appeared to have not been changed in the "inspection process"....I have sent an email to the dealership with no response, of course. More
