My overall experience on June 12,2019 First and foremost:I LOVED MY 3 guys. Yes it took 3 men to take care of 63 yr old me. I had Blake,Benjamin and Dylan. I have to say also everyone else First and foremost:I LOVED MY 3 guys. Yes it took 3 men to take care of 63 yr old me. I had Blake,Benjamin and Dylan. I have to say also everyone else that worked there were friendly beyond.My 2 suggestions (we r not going to call them complaints) that I was not so happy that I was there from 10:15-5;00.But everyone was sooo friendly I felt like I was family.the MOST IMPORTANT THING THAT I TOLD THEM the night before I came in to pick up the car and that I expected the car to be cleaned SND DETAILED as if it was a brand new car.. After waiting 7 hours to drive my car off the car presentation of being detailed I would have given it a 3-4 then I had to wait about 2 more hours )which I told them I did NOT CARE if I had to wait longer to JUST DO THE JOB 100% as far as cleaning it.....I mean really is it that hard to clean a car up and when they brought it out to me yes it was better BUT I would have given it s 7....Then when they told me I was free to go I had to remind them that the car had not had the emissions done yet sooooo I had to sit back down again and wait and wait and wait. I was a business consultant fir 25 years and the first impression is VITAL (along with the dress for success ) and you nailed that.... Your showroom was very clean and each employee was professionally dressed and FRIENDLY!!!! In the future your customers might NOT have as much time to spare like I did yesterday. When I walked thru your doors at 10:15am with a cashiers check made out in full with my drivers license and proof of insurance card and walked out around 5:15 with my car it makes me wonder what took then 7 hours to do especially when I was told around 5;00 on Tuesday that the car was ALREADY IN detailing. soooooo again I loved your staff and the cleanliness of your showroom was a 10 BUT the amount of time I had to wait and the car cleanliness I would rate a 3-4. And AGAIN let me remind you that I told your staff I person on Tuesday the day before I would pick the car up how IMPORTANT it was Atl ME that the car should be Immaculate when I came back to get the car which would be the next day.,,,, More

Awesome Steven Friday and Damien Geiger were awesome. I came in not even expecting to be able to leave with a car. Steven greeted me right away and asked wha Steven Friday and Damien Geiger were awesome. I came in not even expecting to be able to leave with a car. Steven greeted me right away and asked what I was looking for. I had found a few cars on their site so he pulled them up for me and then pulled them around. Damien took my on my test drive and explained the car to me and asked what I needed. I had a price monthly I needed to stay under and they worked with Josh Taylor to make that price happen so I would leave with the car that day. I appreciate them so much for all the help and especially for not trying to be like most car places and take advantage of me because I’m a girl and they think I don’t know about cars. I appreciate all 3 of them so much and took a ton of cards to give out as recommendation to friends looking for cars!!!!!! More

Pressure and attitude to purchase add on warranty/service. Enjoyed the buying experience with one exception. The individual that completed our paperwork. He went through extreme detail explaining why I needed to buy the extras but could have cared less about explaining anything else. My wife commented about his attitude several times on the drive home. More
