New Car I went in to get pricing information. Everybody worked to try to make the transaction smooth. Negotiation went as usual, but I stuck to the number tha I went in to get pricing information. Lazy tire change After waiting an hour and 45 minutes for them to change a tire I look outside to see that my car is actually sitting there and yet no one has alerted After waiting an hour and 45 minutes for them to change a tire I look outside to see that my car is actually sitting there and yet no one has alerted me that it’s ready. I pay and get ready to go and get in the car and realize that they have not even put the spare tire back In the space it belongs. I politely ask for them to put the spare back on the car because it’s a difficult spare to put on as it is put on underneath the car only to find that everyone has gone home for the day. It is simply unacceptable that you pay someone to change your tire, wait that long and they don’t even have the decency To put the spare back where it belongs. I left a very upset and no one called me to apologize. I do not recommend this service. It’s a shame because the sales department does an excellent job. I would recommend Steven Friday any day of the week. Also the office staff in the service center were great. It was just the labor staff that sucked. More
