Beginning with Steven, each step of the process was logical and thorough. I really didn't look forward to replacing my "totaled" 2012 Hyundai Elantra; but I wound up with 2014 Hyundai Sonata, two years newer with fewer than half the mileage of the Elantra. At my age (82) this may well be my "last car" - but since "only the good die young" I may be here yet a while and you're right in my "neighborhood." So far -- so good.
