Happy with My Salesman, but not the actual Service I purchased a car on 05/05/2019, Drove car off the lot 5 min and the car went up in smoke, Contacted the lot they sent someone to pick myself and Husb I purchased a car on 05/05/2019, Drove car off the lot 5 min and the car went up in smoke, Contacted the lot they sent someone to pick myself and Husband up and bring us a loaner vehicle and they had the car towed back to the lot the next day, It took 3/4 days for them to contact me in reference to what was going on with my Car, what they have obtained money for and paperwork signed. The car Radiator had burst, the car was smoking and all the transmission fluid was on the ground and the car stop and would not move, this was so devastating, the Managers act as if they did not car and I was made to feel as if it was my fault, this car lot indicates that they stand by their word and they check all cars, they kept my car so long and gave me the run around about it, didn't wanna fix it and then wanted to pay more money to have it fixed, they tried to get me another car just like the one that I Purchase and then tried to say they was doing me a favor bc the other car was cheaper but it wasn't what I wanted nor like the first car. After 2 weeks went by I finally got my car back and they stated that had to replace the radiator, to find later that after having the car for almost a month with making my 1st car payment, the car starting having a hard jerking pull, and the brakes scrubbing, then took it back had it check the Service Manager stated that he did here that, then they took my car to Infinity to also have it check and they stated that they didn't find anything wrong, but ALM KIA Service Manager stated that they did, so again they kept my car for 2/3 days and didn't wanna provide me with a loaner until I kept complaining and finally they did give me a loaner ALM did, to find after having it, I got locked out of the loaner at my home unfortunately and they had to send someone from there service department, the Manager to unlock the car because the battery was bad in the lock and then they was upset and had an attitude about that. ( Anything that has occurred with this car and they feel that they have to be responsible for they just tell you its nothing wrong when it is, This is and has been the worst experience in all my life. Also they owe me an oil change free and also they owe my a set of Infifniti mats for my car which they promise me I have never got it and also every time I ask they have an attitude and they do not get them for me. Also I have met with the Manager of the store Salem, once and after other issues have occurred I have went up there tried to set an appointment to see him again, left messages for him to call and has not got a call back. So JUST FYI THIS STORE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS FOR REAL AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORDS, THEY ALL SAY THEY ARE A MAN OF THEY WORDS, WHen really just give these little xx xxx deals or make you think and scam you. MY SALES MAN WAS GREAT EXCELLENT I GIVE HIM 10 STARS, Because they hands are tied they are allowed to do so much, Chris Gant was excellent great customer service, and there is a young lady w/ a New Orleans accent ( Iran Jones )she is Great also, but everyone else is not MANAGERS ARE GOOD MANAGERS. The only reason I came to this store because of Chris Great Customer Service, but as for your Receptionist at the front ( First Impression) Rude when they answering the phones they have an attitude I have been hung up on multiple times. They are just horrible. so before Management try to communicate customer service top the employees they need to consider on taking an Customer Service Class, Oh and Mr Johnny ( I think his name he is over all Customer Service he has none himself he is the worst More

Horrible service I called with an issue of burning oil in my 2016 Kia Sorento. I spoke with Josh. He took my vin number and said Kia had an issue with this motor and w I called with an issue of burning oil in my 2016 Kia Sorento. I spoke with Josh. He took my vin number and said Kia had an issue with this motor and would do a test as a result could put a new engine. He was to be off on the following Monday when I could bring it in and he said he’d take care of it when he got in. I brought it up and another tech , never gave me his name, said my car wasn’t qualified for that program but would do the recalls that were required and it would take 3-4 hours. I had to go out of town and asked for a ride home , because they did for my daughter in August. He said they could only go 10 miles and I was 12.2. Not happy I left and have no intention of coming back. I texted and called Josh and it has been over a week and have had no communication at all. Will never use ALM/Kia in Union City again More
