There are no words to describe my experience. Had an 9:30am oil change appointment, arrived at the dealership at 9:15, did not leave until 1:00pm. Took forever and a lack of information throughout I'll start by saying that the finance guy Rashad middlebrooks and the car delivery guy we had were excellent and very informative and if I was basing I'll start by saying that the finance guy Rashad middlebrooks and the car delivery guy we had were excellent and very informative and if I was basing it off of them y'all would get 5 stars. Unfortunately everything else that happened was very sub par. It started with me calling about a telluride I saw online and the sales representative said y'all had it and to come in asap and I told him I'd be there in 40 min. Not even 2 min later he called back and asked if I could get there as quick as possible bc they were trying to dealer trade for the car I wanted and I told him it would still be 40 min it just takes that long to get there from where I live, then I asked him if the car would for sure be there if I came up there and he assured me it would. So my wife and I get there and we get to his desk to go over the numbers and I turn down the first offer so he takes it back to get another offer for me. When he gets back he sits the offer on the desk and then informs us that they no longer have the car that they had already dealer traded it away while I was trying to buy it I mean who does that. So at this point I'm pissed bc I just drove all the way there and was assured they would have the vehicle for them to just trade it away while I'm sitting there. All the while my sales guy rikkie Vance who has just sat there and pretty much ignored us for an hour except for the few words he would say to get me to sign there paper is trying to get us to put a deposit on another one that they would order which I was fine with but when I asked when I would get it he was completely clueless. Well then we went back to the numbers on the paper bc I was gonna order one ( my wife really wanted it) and as we looked it over I asked about what the interest rate was and if you ever go to this dealership apparently that's the worst thing you could possibly do bc u will not be told by anyone, rikkie just sat there and said idk over and over so asked to see the manager about it we'll that never happened rikkie never even got up to go ask about it so I decided to leave thinking maybe the manager would stop me on the way out NOPE, not one person stopped us I mean all I wanted was to no my interest rate. Well fortunately for me the guy who was delivering the car took it to the wrong dealership (surprise,surprise) and brought it back so they let me buy it. Also I will say it was very hot inside the sales area and my wife is 7 months pregnant so would it have hurt to offer a water sometime in the 5 hrs I was there ( she did get one right before we left hooray). Overall the finance and car delivery guys were 5stars, everyone else we worked with were 1.5 stars More

Best car buying experience in years! Ralph Clark knows Kias inside and out. He was able to help us identify the right car for our needs and made sure we were comfortable with our choice. He is capable, professional, and understands how to efficiently determine what the customer is looking for, even when the customer is unsure about what they want in a vehicle, either new or pre-owned. The opportunity to try a couple of different cars was very advantageous. There was no pressure and no struggle over price, either. The finance manager was very straightforward and we were thrilled to buy an extended warranty that was less costly than BMW, Mercedes or Toyota and considerably more comprehensive. Overall, from reception to the pick-up of our new car, and everyone in-between, kudos to this dealership, its salesforce and management. This is a team that has pride in the product and themselves. Don't bother going anywhere else to look for a car. Buy with assurance and buy a car made in Georgia! More
