My Service person was GREAT but that was all. This review is for the ALM dealership in Union City not Alpharetta. I gave the rating that I did because the service person was great but the time for the promised work was ~ 40 minutes extra. I had an engagement schedule for 11:30 which I had to cancel, even though I arrived to your dealership before 9:00am and was not out until noon (I believe). I also was a bit annoyed that my old coupons were not honored and that the money I had on the books for the other dealership did not transfer over. I assumed this was the same dealership but I now realize it is not. When I was trying to get information about my vehicle, I had a hard time finding anyone to provide me with answers and when it was finally time to leave for me and a few other customers, the only exit was blocked with other cars. The only saving grace was your service person. I believe her name was Tasha. She was very apologetic about my inconveniences. I worked with Brandon at the previous dealership and I am told that he does work for you all but he happened to be off on the day I scheduled my appointment. So because of Tasha and Brandon, I will definitely give your service center another try but at this time I would not recommend your service center. More

The worst experience ever!!!!! The service was very poor, my dealer likes to go back on his word and is not very responsible. An emissions check was supposed to get done on Tuesday, The service was very poor, my dealer likes to go back on his word and is not very responsible. An emissions check was supposed to get done on Tuesday, brakes done on Wednesday and I pick up the car on Thursday. The car was completely paid for on Tuesday. Go up there on Thursday emissions still not done. So Friday morning, they do emissions, and both parties agreed to have the car delivered to the home of the buyer. The car dealers got the emissions done and is now telling the buyer to go to the dealership to pick up the car, instead of going through with deal and deliver the car. More
