Changed price after agreement These guys are exactly why no one trusts car dealers. After 2 weeks of online shopping I worked out a deal on a car with them. Sent them loan approval These guys are exactly why no one trusts car dealers. After 2 weeks of online shopping I worked out a deal on a car with them. Sent them loan approval letter, drove 2 1/2 hours to ink the deal and when I get there they raise the price of the car by $700. Terrible way to do business and a treat a customer. More

Mr Ben Rieves, Mr. Rodney, Mr. Williams, and Ms. Sabrine were simply outstanding. They delivered real customer service. Car salesman/dealership personnel and dentists are not high on the Christmas gift list. However, ALM South personnel breaks this stereotype. It was a joy to purchase my vehicle. They really exceeded every expectation. The car had only one key fob. They called a locksmith to create another. They provided free beverages. Mr. Williams even went to McDonald's to purchase breakfast. I'm not sure if that's the standard, however, it demonstrated a REAL CARING FOR CUSTOMERS!! I was told by another dealership that they do give you a full tank of gas with the purchase. NOT TRUE HERE. Free gas was gladly provided. JUST AWESOME. ALM South should teach a monthly customer service class. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from ALM SOUTH!! More

Star Customer to an Orphan Child My experience started off ok. I saw the vehicle on-line and went in to see about it. I had to fill out all the paperwork and such BEFORE I got to phys My experience started off ok. I saw the vehicle on-line and went in to see about it. I had to fill out all the paperwork and such BEFORE I got to physically view the vehicle. (Note: No one is reporting water damaged vehicles) It was evening and raining so I looked at it briefly in the large garage and then took it for a spin. It drove great, but I did notice how all windows fogged up when we left the lot for he test drive. Upon returning we thoroughly inspected the vehicle and made notes to the sales girl of any dents, dings, scratches and chipped paint we observed as she took notes and told us not to worry about it that all of these things would be taken care of. The only part of the experience that I appreciated was the financing. The young lady that took care of us was great and did everything in her power to seal the deal. She was very forthcoming with pertinent information and very professional which is much more than I can say for the sales girl. The kicker came once I purchased the vehicle I couldn't get anyone on the phone. This went on for weeks as I tried to get someone to attend to the minor issues with the vehicle. At the end of the day, they did not honor what the sales girl who acted like she didn't know what I was talking about originally said. I was told I was suppose to have a "We Owe" slip from he sales girl stating that these thing need to be repaired. Soooo, I guess I'm suppose to know her job or what the procedures are for this situation and they maintained that position throughout. When I say I got the run around for another 2 week before even got to speak to servicing and get and appointment and that's because I went hard at them.. I drove the 30 miles back to the dealership just to be told to schedule a day for the work to be done... really??? At the end of the day they didn't fix anything. All they did was replace the window panel that came off and washed all of the excess wax that was ALL over the vehicle, literally in the gas tank and everything. The head duck in charge sat down with me and promised he would look further into it for me and has since never returned any of my calls. I say the best part of the experience was hitting the gong. More
