I was pleased with the service once I was helped about ten minutes after pulling in. It's a working process. Over all was ok a little long on a oil change over a hour and a half. Need to work on times! I understand it's a working process but really think about waiting a hour and a half for just oil change, no wash. I'm sure it will get better. Speed of Service A Problem Overall, my experience was just okay. I had an appointment at 8:00am and I was the first car to arrive. I did not leave until after 10:00am. My car was ready for about 20 minutes before I was called to come and pay and check out. I do not know what kind of service everyone else was getting, but I was annoyed that a few customers were finished before me. In addition to this, I was told my car would be vacuumed, but it couldn't be washed because I was going to be out of there before 9:00am and no one came in until after 9:00am. My car was not vacuumed and since it took so long my car should of been washed or someone should have asked me if I wanted it washed. I like that I was walked to my car and the team was friendly, but I shouldn't be waiting almost two hours for an oil change with an appointment. More

Team Tony & Greg Sales rep Tony and Greg the elder gentleman who assisted her was awesome. Mark the finance guy was also awesome. The process took over 7 hours, that's the longest I've ever been in a dealership with me having a clean credit and a score of over 800. The vehicle I ended up purchasing does not have a back-up camera which we all know is essential in these days, but they promised they will put one in. Also, the key for the vehicle is broken and doesn't work properly, I spoke with my sales rep Tony and she said they'll take car of that too, so I'm currently awaiting their call as of 11/12/18. More
