ALM Kia South Saturday is definitely the wrong day to go to this dealership. Sales did fine, but took almost 2 hours to get to a finance manager... be prepared... Saturday is definitely the wrong day to go to this dealership. Sales did fine, but took almost 2 hours to get to a finance manager... be prepared... this is where you need to be on your toes if you are from out of State. Waddell doubled my sales tax assuming I would be happy getting about $700+ back in a few months... NO... He almost wouldn't take no for an answer on GAP insurance either. But, all is fixed now after a 2nd trip. All in all, it was a positive experience at a dealership! That is a big plus! More
