Unprofessional and not trustworthy I recommended this dealership to my family member and im sorry i did. They had my family member in this dealership over 6.5 hours. The car that the I recommended this dealership to my family member and im sorry i did. They had my family member in this dealership over 6.5 hours. The car that the deal was made for which included a trade in and down payment, after several hours management decided the change, saying the original car wasnt available. So another vehicle that didnt compare to the original deal was selected. Then on top of that the dealership representatives took 2 deposits from the family members account and it has been a few days and its still not corrected. The drive out tag wasnt given and promised to be mailed and has not. This is not good business practice or a good customer experience. More
