Great Prices But This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Ever. Initially I was elated to find this dealership. The pricing was great and purcha This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Ever. Initially I was elated to find this dealership. The pricing was great and purchase went smoothly. The car had a minor issue that my sales rep advised I take in to have fixed. I made an appointment and was forgotten about. I wasted 6 hours waiting for something that took 30 minutes once they realized the mistake(with a new scratch on the bumper as a lovely parting gift). The problem seems to stem from management, there is little to no communication/transparency with the customer and they don't seem to know how to fix the problems they created. It's not a great image if you tell a customer you'll check to see if the work has been done and then walk around the lobby talking to your coworkers for 20 minutes before you do so(especially if I've been here waiting patiently for 6 hours). As a customer if I make an appointment to do business with you the manager specifically I'd hope you'd ensure that the work is actually done in a timely manner. Or at least offer some sort of recompense if it isn't... Amir my sales rep was phenomenal and if he ever transfers to a different dealer I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone.l, and Joey the technician (once he actually got the keys to my vehicle) was great. Funny guy, easy to talk to. Explained the original issue, why it was happening and how to prevent it in the future. I have nothing but good things to say to the day to day staff but ALM South as a whole will never see another dime of my money and I hope to review saves some people headaches and unanswered phone calls in the future. At the root of it all I didn't feel valued as a customer. I can deal with the wait times and mistakes if they we're owned up too. Not a great way to cultivate a great user experience. More
