Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional I bough a car here a few weeks ago. Had to get work done to it that the promised to do (paint bumper)if I bought. Dropped it off, which was a hassle (story within itself), and took longer than they told me to get it done kept on giving me excuses to why it wasn't done within their promised timeframe. Almost impossible to get ahold of anybody at this dealership through the main line. Was ignored twice while walking in by employees on their phones (guy even was ignoring the floor manager named Mike when he told him to help me). So my real problem with this place is that after finally getting my car back, my phone charger I had left inside the car was missing. And the bumper was not even completely fixed. Guy named Thomas told me that the body shop guys said there was nothing they could do. Told them right away and the floor manager said he would have to talk to someone who would have to talk to someone blah, blah, blah. Called the guy who sold me the car the next day and his response was, "I don't know how you can get that back" like it was my fault... Called their customer service line, lady said she was gonna transfer me to a "manager", no one picked up. Called back, talked to another guy from customer service, told him what happened and that I just wanted my charger back. He promised to call me back, never did. This is only half the story too because I could go on about the way people act on the job here and how I was treated after I bought the car cause before I did they treated me like I was Danny Glover or someone. This place was just a joke in the end and I regret giving them business. More

So far so good. Nicole seemed to work very hard to get us what we wanted. Polite and attentive staff, but not over bearing. Great experience, long wait for financial I had a great experience! I saw the car I wanted online and it had a Carfax report that was easily accessible. Once I reached out through that website, someone got in contact with me very quickly. Same day and I think within the hour! Tyrone was able to give my car I wanted to trade in an appraisal over the phone and things went smoothly from there. I went to the dealership the following Saturday to meet with Tyrone who I communicated with all week, and since I arrived way late than intended, I worked with Irian. It was a long drive, so I was hoping to leave with the car, and I'm glad I did, but I almost walked because it took a long time to process everything and then the wait for financial seemed a long time. We had wanted to get out a lot sooner than we did since we had a long drive back home. We also did not like that there was no room for negotiating the price at all. We were hoping to go down by $1000, but no. So if you're hoping to negotiate, don't get your hopes up. But by far, the customer experience was great. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and always checking in on customers. More

First girl I was working with had only been in sales for a few weeks and they had a more experienced salesperson help her with my purchase. Very honest about the vehicle and answered all questions I had. One little thing I wish I had been more involved in was the term on the financing. Once I agreed to a purchase price the deal was sent to the business office to be written up. The financing they approved me for was for 63 months. I only wanted 48 month term and would have had to re-apply to get that done. Not a big deal as I can just pay extra each month and the interest rate on the shorter term was not that much lower. Once the business deal was done I was turned over to Jawon. He was great! Very helpful, and not in a "this is my job so I have to kiss your butt" sort of way, he seemed genuine and was very knowledgable about all of the features on my car. More
