Everyone I met was friendly, outgoing, and looking for ways to make my experience better, including random folks who weren't directly involved in the purchase, as far as I knew. You know how helpful and nice everyone is at Chick-fil-A? ALM is sort of like that. I got a good deal without having to arm-wrestle them for three hours. And the car itself was far newer looking and driving (and smelling) than I could have expected. Prep was, for lack of a better word, impeccable, from fluid levels to cleanliness. More
