Have returned a couple of times for assistance and been met with very helpful, pleasant employees who were very willing to help me. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Buyer BEWARE!! I thought I would do the internet approach to car buying after having friends recommended this no-hassle approach. I had been to the lot before and sa I thought I would do the internet approach to car buying after having friends recommended this no-hassle approach. I had been to the lot before and saw the car I was interested in. After inquiring about the car I was told it was available so I proceeded to fill out an financing application. I was immediately contacted and told I was approved and when did we want to come in to inspect the vehicle. Set up an appointment for the next day at 12pm and I was told they would pull the car up to the front so it was ready. Husband shows up and the car is no where to be found. They finally locate the car and it is "in the body shop" and the only person with the key is not at work. Husband returns on Wednesday when the employee would be at work and the car was having "touch up paint" work done and they had already prepped it and could not remove from the shop. Was told it would be available on Monday of the next week. Friday I contacted dealership to inquire on status of car and was told it was ready. So I set another appointment for Saturday. Showed up for the 3rd time and the car was still "locked" in the shop that no one could access. This scam dealer has also ran my credit so far through 5 different finance companies even though I was told on day one I was approved! Be prepared to be jerked around at this dealer!! I did, however, get my new car at a REPUTABLE dealer!! More

Bad experience!!!! Well let me begin, my salesman was rude, to say the least, also they were supposed to clean the car in detail but they didn't, there was human and dog Well let me begin, my salesman was rude, to say the least, also they were supposed to clean the car in detail but they didn't, there was human and dog hair in the vehicle, also the we owe list, they did not fulfill. That also told me that they did not put slot of hard inquiries on your credit, well mine has 5 now, I told them the company I wanted to go through and they did not listen. They did get my payment where I wanted it. So I have to give them that. But I had to drive back there 3 times and they still did not do everything that was asked of them. My husband called this week because after driving the car for two weeks the rear. I bet is coming off of the car, Nikki said she would call him back but never did!!! Will never buy a car from them again!!! More

Wow...unbelieveable Informed of missing key and FOB after deciding to purchase. Part of front bumper or spoiler/front wind guard missing. My daughter want to trade in car I bought her and purchase her first car. We can't go here. Maybe Griffin or Marietta ALM. More

Here is my experience While the people were very nice and accommodating, in all fairness. The level of disorganization and the wait time was a bit frustrating. We made 3 tr While the people were very nice and accommodating, in all fairness. The level of disorganization and the wait time was a bit frustrating. We made 3 trips to this store in a weekend. The first trip, we drove from Lawrenceville and was told that the vehicle we wanted was locked up and we wouldn't be able to be purchased on that day, so we would have to come back at 9 am in the morning. We got there at 9 am and was given the run around for about 2 hours and was told that vehicle was sold, so we settled on another vehicle, after refusing another vehicle we test which had a "recall processed sticker" in the dash....smh. After all that, we waited for the paperwork and processing a total of 3 hrs. so we were at the dealership for 5 hours. In addition to this, we bought a vehicle that we had to return like the next day because the brake lights and tracking system lights came on the first night that we had it. However, one the managers was really awesome in addressing the issue and made sure that we were taken care of. Considering the fact that we were a bit skeptical at that point as far as a purchase form this lot. We did a great car for a good price. With that said my only suggestion is that they work on their organization and timeliness (5hrs a car lot is quite ridiculous). More
